The COMPLETE CUSTOM TRIGGER-GROUP is listed in three versions, adjustable trigger spring with 12 oz - 6 lb pull, light trigger spring with 4 oz pull and ultra-light trigger spring with 1/2 oz pull. Those pull numbers are the unmounted trigger groups not including extra pull produced by the hammer pushing against the sear when installed. That varies with hammer-spring tension and how smooth and easy your hammer works. All three versions include a custom-fitted overtravel adjustment screw under the trigger. This is a brass-tipped stainless steel screw that is shorter than the ones on Crosman Custom Shop models and installed at a more natural angle. Unnecessary forward movement of the trigger is completely eliminated by the trigger design. The overtravel screw is adjustable to control how far the trigger can continue to move after the hammer releases. The groups are adjusted to around 3/64" (.046") of trigger travel. Further adjustment to shorten or lengthen travel may be desired. Too short of travel will prevent the gun from firing when the trigger is pulled. This creates a dangerous situation where the hammer is partially released, it could fire unexpectedly in this condition. To correct this safely, fully cock the gun and engage the safety. Then adjust the screw away from the trigger until it will fire correctly.

The CUSTOM TRIGGER COVER is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. It's listed in two versions, plain aluminum or anodized black. It fits the current Crosman & Benjamin pistol trigger frames that have three mounting screws for the cover. This includes models 1377C, 1322C, PC77, P1377, P1322, 2289G Backpacker, 2240, 2250, 2300T, 2300S, 2300KT, 2400KT, 1701P, 1720T, Marauder Pistol and all other models that use the same trigger frame cover MPN 1322B044. It will not replace the older die-cast metal covers that only have two mounting screws MPN 1322A044.

The CUSTOM PISTOL TRIGGERS are listed in 360 brass, 6061-T6 aluminum or black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum. They are ultra-thin, extra-wide, extremely comfortable, smooth working, make the trigger pull feel lighter and improve accuracy. They fit perfectly to eliminate unnecessary wobble, no shims or spring washers are needed. The thin trigger blade leaves a lot more room inside the trigger guard which greatly improves comfort, especially for adult sized fingers. Unnecessary forward movement of the trigger is completely eliminated by the trigger design. No other trigger in the industry comes even close to this level of comfort and performance. It's extremely durable and will easily last the life of your gun. It will work great with a standard sear but for the best performance we suggest our custom sear. These fit current and older Crosman models 1377C, 1322C, PC77, P1377, P1322, 2289G Backpacker, 2240, 2250, 2300T, 2300S, 2300KT, 2400KT, 1300KT, SSP250 and may fit other models that use the same type of trigger frame. These triggers do not work with the two-stage groups on 1701P, 1720T and Marauder Pistol. If your model isn't mentioned contact me to find out if these will fit your gun.

The CUSTOM SAFETY is listed in two versions, one machined from 360 brass, one from 6061-T6 aluminum. It's slightly larger diameter to fit the frame and cover better than the original plastic version. In rare cases you may need to remove burrs or excess paint from inside the hole the safety slides through in the frame. Otherwise the safety won't slide into the safe position. A small piece of 300-600 grit wet/dry sandpaper can be rolled into a small tube and inserted/twisted into the hole to remove the excess material. This should be done with all of the parts removed from the frame and it should be cleaned thoroughly before assembly.

The MAGNUM SEAR is a new version released on 6/29/18 made of heat-treated 410 stainless steel. It's more rounded and polished than the older version for the smoothest possible function. It's harder, more durable and works smoother than custom sears made by most others and will wear far better than a standard sear. It's wider than standard to eliminate unnecessary wobble. Just like our custom triggers, no shims or spring washers are needed, it leaves only enough clearance to work smoothly and allow the hammer to seat correctly. It produces a lighter, smoother trigger pull and a cleaner release of the hammer. It fits Crosman models 1377C, 1322C, PC77, P1377, P1322, 2289G Backpacker, 2240, 2250, 2300T, 2300S, 2300KT, 2400KT, 1300KT and similar models that have the same type of trigger frame. It's too wide to fit the plastic trigger group on 2260, Discovery, Maximus and Fortitude models, It does fit the custom aluminum trigger casings we list for those rifles.

The LIGHT TRIGGER SPRING is made of stainless steel. It has an uninstalled pull of about 8 oz. IT WILL ONLY WORK WITH A SMOOTH AND EASY-FUNCTIONING TRIGGER GROUP. If the group has a stiff trigger, sear or any binding this spring will not return the sear all the way to the top for safe hammer engagement. It needs to remain 1.25" long to function. If you compress the spring too far by hand or during installation it may become too short to return the sear all the way up. If this happens simply stretch it back to a full 1.25" and reinstall. The trigger group can't compress it far enough to cause this issue. It should be positioned as shown in the last photo with the spring wire end lightly touching the side of the sear. If installed that way it stays in place on the sear, doesn't touch the trigger frame or cover and works very smooth. Once installed trigger pull will vary by hammer spring tension and how smooth your hammer and sear  function. With standard factory models you should be able to get a pull of 1-2 lbs or as little as 9 oz to 1 lb with models like 2300S that have a very light hammer spring. Heavier hammer spring tension increases trigger pull because added force on the striker holds the sear in place tighter. For the best accuracy, striker force should be reduced to the minimum needed to produce the desired FPS. The power adjusters we have listed are designed for this purpose, they can reduce or increase the hammer spring tension.

The ULTRA-LIGHT TRIGGER SPRING is made of stainless steel. It has an uninstalled pull of about 4 oz which is about the lightest spring tension you can reliably use. IT WILL ONLY WORK WITH AN EXTREMELY SMOOTH AND EASY-FUNCTION TRIGGER GROUP. With standard factory models you should be able to get a pull of 12 oz to 2 lbs or as little as 5-8 oz with models like the 2300S that have a very light hammer spring.

The ADJUSTABLE TRIGGER SPRING is a genuine Crosman Custom Shop part made of solid brass with a steel spring. It's adjustable from about 1-6 lbs of trigger pull in addition to how much pull it takes to release the hammer in your particular airgun. With standard factory models you should be able to get a trigger pull as light as 2-3 lbs. 1-2 Lbs with models like the 2300S and 2300T that have a very light hammer springs. Hammer spring tension has a lot of affect on trigger pull. Heavier hammer spring tension increases trigger pull because added force on the striker holds the sear in place tighter. For the best accuracy, striker force should be reduced to the minimum needed to produce the desired FPS. It should be positioned as shown in the last photo with the spring wire end lightly touching the side of the sear.

The TRIGGER and SEAR PINS are sold as a pair. They are made of hardened alloy steel, much smoother, harder and more durable than a standard pin. They are also a full .125" diameter (Crosman's are .124") so they fit better reducing unnecessary wobble. They fit all 1377, 1322, 1300KT, PC77, 2289, 2240, 2250, 2300T, 2300S, 2300KT, 2400KT, 1701P, 1720T, Marauder Pistol, 1720T, 1701P and similar models with the same type of trigger frame.
